After a little poll the people to be decided.
Partial reconstruction, I keep the old content and I fixed the links, and I add new content.
Some old file and post will be delete because I cannot retrieve her. The survey began the 2015-07-31 and I wait around 30 days for see the final result before start this major rebuild.
I must rebuild because they are too much dead link inside my blog.
